Unknown Very Old Boy Scout BSA Patch from Western Pennsylvania Stitching On Felt. I acquired this in the 1970s from a very old lady who said her son was in Scouts in the 30s and 40s. She did not know what it was. There’s gauze on the back and perhaps the name of the boy. It says
