This patch was issued by the Allohak Council headquartered in
Parkersburg, West Virginia
. This property has been sold and the council disbanded.  This patch is fully embroidered, has a black cut edge border, has the 9th reunion tap sewn on top of the patch and clear plastic licensed backing.
It measures about 2 7/16" or 62 mm wide by 4 1/8" or 107 mm high.  This patch is in new condition. T

This patch was issued by the East
Boroughs
Council headquartered in
Wilkinsburg
, Pennsylvania form 1923-1973 when it merged into the East Valley Area Council.  This patch is made on white twill, has a red cut edge border, someone has added a brown leather back with a button loop and cloth and gauze backing.
It measures about 2 7/8" or 74 mm wide by 3 3/4" or 98 mm high, not measuring the button loop. This patch looks to be in new condition but it could have been worn. T
HIS CAMP TWIN ECHOS TWILL PATCH LOOKS NEW BUT COULD HAVE BEEN WORN  AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
