. This property has been sold and the council disbanded.  This patch is fully embroidered, has a black cut edge border, has the 9th reunion tap sewn on top of the patch and clear plastic licensed backing.
It measures about 2 7/16" or 62 mm wide by 4 1/8" or 107 mm high.  This patch is in new condition. T
