    1936-1937 BOY SCOUT OWASIPPE CAMP HONORS PATCHES & BOOKLET HOW TO EARN PATCHES. Neckerchief has some damage .Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
    As pictured a camp patch that I think is from the 50's. For Camp Rodney of Del-Mar-Va Council. Camp is still open in the council. Do not know really how to rate this as unused or used. Came out of a picture frame that was displayed in an office. There is some fading of the blue a bit but I am almost 100% sure it was never sewn or washed. Thinking it faded some in the frame. Will ship it insured.
